Swimming is natural water game; in which the human body is balanced by the principle of buoyancy. The density of the human body is very high, the stroke or the movements made shall make the body to move either. The following are different types of swimming that can be played by the player are;
a. Recreational swimming: Swimming is most famous recreational sport in a pool open to public. The pools may be of different sizes. Some include wave pool, children pool, ladies pool and adults’ pool. Based on the family style the pools are designed in their respective houses. It is best to participate when there is a huge crowd.
b. Synchronized swimming: It is also called as Water ballet. The choreographed movements similar to that of ballet dance; here it is expressed in this type of swimming. The aerobic activity based on the synchronic movements they have discovered good methods to play. The swimmers play according to the music the moves are made by the swimmers.
c. Ocean swimming: This swimming is long lasting tradition in which people swim around world’s turbulent. These are games which are held in with a line of swimmers. The English channel swimming association best offers the swimmers to swim along the channels. The prizes are given according to the winners. Swimming is a water sport which includes skill and different strokes. This sport is nothing but moving your hands and legs in order to push your body in forward direction. Water should not be splashed while performing this sport. The movements should not be jerky; follow these tips how to perform strokes. The various kinds of strokes are;

  • Butterfly stroke: This stroke is very difficult; the movements are similar to that of dolphin. This should not be carried out underneath the water; it may be dangerous to the swimmer.
  • Crawl: In this type of stroke; the face is turned towards sides. The strikes are referred as crawl-swimming stroke.
  • Sidestroke: It is performed only underneath water. The stroke here is referred as scissors kick; body is moved in forward direction.
  • Back Stroke: Flutter kicks are to be given only in backwards. The body is moved in backward direction. The body may be either dorsal or ventral facing the earth.
  • Breast stroke: it is like a frog kick like movements; in this case the swimmer should protrude his/her face out of the pool. The strokes are given by shoulders in forward direction.
  • Dog Paddle: It is the simple method of strokes, the body is moved forward just by flutter kicks. The movements of hands are seen only underwater. Beginners can start with this stroke, the swimmer can use tubes to protect them from drowning.
  • Freestyle swimming: This can be practiced in any way, while performing this stroke be aware that you are not splashing the water.

Snooker is an interesting game that is played between two players. This game is commonly compared with online roulette in this modern world. This is usually played in 6 inches in width and 12 inches in length. It is like a table placed from the top of a rail; the height measured is 34 to 35 inches.
The rules that are to be followed by each player to enable the game to move swiftly; they are,
1. While playing this game, if the ball strikes the legally potted ball, the player can continue the game.
2. When the striker has ball on, he/she must be in contact with that of red ball. If the striker ball strikers all the balls at once, then it can be counted.
3. If a colored ball is potted, rather than then the striker ball then it is declared as foul.
4. Jump shots are to be avoided, it is declared as foul. If the balls are in the pockets then it is declared as foul.
5. If there are no red balls on the table, and legally spotted balls are not spotted then they remain off the table. The striker ball does not hit the potted balls; then it is not declared as foul.
6. Spotting Balls; red balls on the table are never spotted. Touching a ball; if the striker ball touches the ball then it is called legal stroke.
7. Scoring; these are legally potting a red color which has one value.

The player must be good enough with mood to concentrate while playing this game Chinese checker. It is an exciting indoor game played on a board by six players to two players. The opposition players can move his/her coins into yours. This board is star shaped with colorful balls or coins like pieces.
The following are some instruction that are given to the players while playing the game; they are,
a. The player should select the colors on the board and shall sit on the side where the color really appears.

d. Jumping from one ball to another can be carried out several times in the game. Double jump can also be carried out in this game; only if there are sufficient spaces.
e. If the player gets more than 10 pegs of other players, then he/she wins the game easily. It can be 10 pegs also, at a stretch.

Hockey is the interesting game which is played on a large surface. The equipment that is required to play hockey is Helmet and mask; this is to worn by the players in order to protect their head from injury. Mouth guard; it protects injury to teeth and lips. Neck guard; protects neck and throat. Shoulder pads, elbow pads, padded gloves, are worn to protect the body parts when the player dives while playing.

Garter Belt; this is the belt which holds up the socks of the player while playing. Skates and sticks; helps in skating on ice. Penalties; there are four types of penalties, which includes; Minor Penalties; when the player  when ruled out of ice or the ground at least for four times, then he/she is taken out the game. Major Penalties; they include after fights; they should remain in the penalty box. Penalty shot; illegally when the player passes towards the net and tries to make a goal. Misconduct penalties; when the player is overly aggressive to other teams or opposing team, attack the referee verbally or by a physical hit.

This game should be played in a time period of 25 minutes; specifically penalties are of different types boarding; when the player hits one another. Charging; if the player hits the line, the penalty is counted. Cross checking; the player when he/she hits the other player with a stick.

If the match is tied; both the teams are given a chance for shootouts right to the goal.
